AarvexCapital

Credit and capital advisory

Capital, structured with judgement.

We prepare institutional-grade credit files and place them with the lender whose appetite actually fits the proposal.

Aarvex Capital Advisory Private Limited New Delhi

01  Capability

What we arrange, and how far it reaches.

Six mandates, each prepared to the same standard.

02  The standard

A file built to be sanctioned, not just submitted.

Most proposals reach a bank as statements and hope. Ours arrive appraised, spread and stress-tested to the standard a credit committee works to.

01

Prepared, not forwarded

Project reports and CMA packages are built to institutional committee standard, with the movements in the numbers explained rather than left to be discovered.

02

Placed with intent

Appetite shifts by sector, ticket and season. A proposal goes to the institutions likely to fund it, not to the whole market at once.

03

Structured early

Pricing, tenor, security and covenants are negotiated while there is still room to move, well before a sanction letter is drawn.

On the work

The distance between a good business and a sanction is the quality of the file.

Every mandate is built on that premise, and nothing leaves the desk until it holds.

03  Process

Four steps, in order.

01

Assess

Financials, the working capital cycle and serviceability, read the way an analyst reads them before anyone else forms a view.

02

Structure

The right instrument, tenor and security, modelled and stress-tested, then assembled into a committee-standard package.

03

Place

The file goes to institutions with genuine appetite for the sector, ticket and profile, with the reasoning behind each approach.

04

Close

Terms are negotiated while there is still room to move, and the sanction is held to what was agreed through to disbursement.

04  The desk

The judgement behind the file.

One builds the case to institutional standard. The other has spent a career reading cases like it from the other side of the table.
